浅谈篮球战术中挡拆的特点及训练
摘要
伴随着运动员身高的不断增长和身体素质的不断提升,篮球运动也得到了迅速的发展,,相应的体现在篮球比赛中攻守速度和效率越来越高,进而推动这一运动向更高阶段发展,篮球全场比赛中一种全队五人频繁穿插,连续掩护配合的综合打法已经成为现代篮球进攻战术的主要组织形式。掩护配合是指进攻队员采取合理的身体动作,用身体挡住防守队员的移动路线,使同伴得以摆脱防守,创造接球机会的配合方法,实践证明,掩护配合是摆脱严密防守,获得良好进攻机会的有效方法,由于种种原因,掩护配合在比赛中运用中存在不足,影响运动员运动水平的提高。
本文针对如何运用掩护和掩护时易犯的错误进行探讨。“挡拆”是多种掩护配合的总称,挡拆隶属于掩护,是掩护的延伸与发展。即队员在相互掩护的过程中创造接球投篮或二次进攻机会的一种配合方法。文章对现在篮球比赛中经常提到的挡拆战术的特点做了进一步的分析,并认为挡拆战术是篮球比赛中最经济、最实效又最具有杀伤力的战术配合,并针对其特点提出合理的训练方法,以期对广大教练员的运动训练工作有所帮助。

Abstract
Basketball culture have already e the important part of campus culture, basketball by its own charm attracts many college students involved in basketball game in college basketball, but among often appear some players on conflict, fighting between language, coaches over-zealous profanities performance, and the audience violates social norms similar bad behavior, these bad behavior exist with college basketball game run counter to the real meaning, and this seriously influences the college basketball's stability and development.
Based on the existing in college basketball game of bad behavior for the study, using literature material hair, mathematical statistics, logic analysis, expert interview, questionnaire research methods for research. Through the investigation and study concludes university basketball playing bad behavior form of the main athletes aggressive behavior, coaches and referees, and aggressive behavior of injustice and audience decisions scale some violate social moral behavior. College basketball playing bad behavior formation mainly includes: basketball characteristic of oneself, the related factors, game players own factors, coaches and referees, and factors, the audience factors factors. Solve university basketball playing b
