酮苯脱蜡装置降低蜡膏含油技术研究
摘要
以减压蒸馏二线抽出物为原料,在酮苯脱蜡重油装置的两段过滤工艺中,采取更换冷洗喷头,封堵过滤机低部真空过滤面积,调整一段、二段过滤机进料温度分别为-10℃,0℃等措施,进行了58℃石蜡的工业化生产。根据石蜡熔点要求,对原料质量进行调整,调整前后二者性质依次为:密度844,860kg/m3,50℃,,闪点218,225℃,初馏点362,365℃,终馏点464,475℃。结果表明,%以下,,缩短了石蜡生产工艺流程,年创效3037万元。

The study of technology receding oil content of petrolatum on acetone-benzol dewaxing unit
Abstract
58℃ wax was produced by two-stage vacuum filtration of acetone – benzol dewaxing unit with the fraction of the second side – cut vacuum distillation as unit was remoulded by renewal of cool washing shower nozzles ,pluging part of filtering area at the bottom of the vacuum filters and adjusting feed temperature on first/second – stage filters to -10℃,0℃ feed stock qualities were justified: density form 844 kg/m3 to 860 kg/m3,kinematic viscosity form mm2/s to mm2/s,flash point form 218℃ to 225℃,initial boiling point form 362℃ to 365℃,final boiling point from 464℃ to 475℃.The results showed that after remoulding, the oil content of petrolatum was decreased below 1 weight per cent ,the wax yield raised by precent point,the economic benefit was million yuan pre year.
