题目我国上市公司财务危机预警模型

摘要:本文以被ST上市公司作为企业陷入财务危机的标志,从我国沪深股市A股制造业上市公司中选取了70个财务危机样本,依据配对原则确定了相对应的70个正常公司作为对照样本。为了建立有效可行的财务危机预警模型,本文从财务危机的5个方面选取财务预警指标,首先对所选的财务指标进行差异性分析,检验出若干预警能力强的变量,然后进行因子分析,并根据因子得分对样本进行Logistic回归分析得到财务危机预警模型,最后运用检验样本对该模型进行检验,结果证实该模型的预测具有较高的准确性。

Abstract:This paper has been used as the distinctive sign of falling into financial crisis in the ST pany. Choosing the 70 control samples from the manufacturing industry in China's stock market, we accord to paired principles to determine the corresponding to the 70 panies as the control sample. In order to build the effective financial crisis early warning model ,this article from the financial crisis of the 5 aspects of selection of financial early warning index, firstly, doing difference analysis from the selecting index ,testing out some early warning capability variables, then the factor analysis, and based on the factor scores of sample Logistic regression analysis to get the financial crisis early warning model,finally,using the text sample to text the model, the results confirmed the model predictions with high accuracy.
