江苏省能源消耗、结构变动与经济增长关系研究

随着全球经济的发展,能源对经济增长的制约作用越来越明显,世界各国对
能源资源的争夺也更加激烈;由此导致的商业竞争甚至战争使世界局势更加动
荡。因此,世界各国的经济学家对能源与经济增长的关系研究更加关注。中国经
过年改革开放,经济增长模式发生了很大改变,作为中国经济发展最快的几
个省份之一,江苏省的产业升级、苏南发展模式都给中国的经济发展提供了样板。
江苏省作为能源缺乏的省份,经济发展与能源的关系更加突出,更加引起国内学
者的关注。
能源对经济增长的作用表现在能源投入量和能源效率方面,现有的文献主要
集中在能源投入量与经济增长的关系的研究,而对能源效率的研究比较缺乏;此
外,对能源效率的研究很少考虑结构变动的影响。江苏有发达的能源加工产业,
完善的工业体系;产业结构对能源消费和能源效率均有重要影响。本文利用时间
序列计量经济学方法研究了江苏能源消费与经济增长的关系,并利用能源强度六
部门分解模型分析了江苏产业结构变动对能源效率的影响。主要得出以下结论:
()能源消费是江苏经济增长的重要因素,江苏经济以工业为主,其中重
工业所占比重极大,这样一种经济体系需要大量能源来做支撑。
()产业结构对江苏的能源需求影响较大,不同的产业部门对能源的初始
消费量和能源消费倾向是不同的。
()产业结构对能源利用效率的影响比较大,通过能源强度分解模型发现,
江苏能源强度下降主要是产业结构的效率提高的作用结果

ABSTRACT
As the development of the global economy, the energy constraint on the
economic growth is ing more and more obvious and the petition for
energy resources is ing more and more intensly. petition
and wars for energy resources in the world is more intensly. Therefore, economists
around the world pay more attention on the relationship between energy and
economic growth. By 30 years of reform and opening up China's economic growth
model has undergone great change; as one of the fastest growing provinces, Jiangsu
province, the industrial upgrading and Sunan model of Jiangsu province have given
China's economic development a good model. As an energy lacking province,the
relationship between economic development and energy of Jiangsu province drawn
more attention of scholars.
The role of energy for economic growth is reflected by the amount of energy
input and energy efficiency, most of the past study focused on the relationship of
energy inputs and economic growth ,ignoring the impact of efficiency of energy and
