摘要
关于健康信息行为,国外以及我国台湾地区早已经有了大量的相关研究,研
究者们从健康信息需求、健康信息的查寻获取、健康信息的评价和利用等方面得
出了各种研究成果。然而,健康信息行为研究在国内并没有得到应有的关注,实
际上处于长期不足的状态。
本文首次以高校教师为研究对象,结合用户信息行为相关理论,利用文献计
量分析、问卷调查和访谈调查等方法,了解其健康信息需求和行为特点,对他们
的健康信息行为进行探讨。研究发现高校教师的健康信息意识普遍较为薄弱;他
们健康信息需求呈多样化;获取渠道多元化;在健康信息获取利用方面还存在一
定障碍。在此基础上分析、研究、讨论了高校教师健康信息行为的特点、评价标
准、影响因素及其差异性等。
最后,结合研究,对高校及相关医疗信息服务机构如何重视高校教师的健康
信息需求,提供有针对性的健康信息服务,加强高校教师的健康信息意识,以及
政府相关部门怎样加强网络健康信息的质量评价和利用管理,发展完善网络健康
信息服务提出了一些建议,以期为我国未来出台知识分子健康保障政策,以及发
展完善网络医学健康信息服务体系提供参考。

Abstract
As for health information, a large number of related studies have been conducted
abroad and in Taiwan. Many research achievements have been obtained with regard to
health information requirements, access to health information, and the evaluation and
utilization of health information. However, the research on the health information
behavior in our country did not receive its deserved attention. In fact, studies on
health information behavior in our country have been insufficient for a long time.
University teachers are taken for the first time as subjects in the present study,
which explores the health information behavior of university teachers by applying the
user information theory and by means of quantitative analysis of the literature, the
questionnaire and the interviews. Studies show that the sense of university teachers
about health information is universally weak, their need of health information varies
and their channels to obtain information are different, but they have certain obstacles
in acquiring and utilizing health information. On this basis, the thesis has made
discussions on the characteristics, assessment criteria, factors of influence, and the
differences concerning health information behaviors.
