摘要
随着知识经济时代的到来,知识日益成为社会进步和企业发展不容忽视的重
要力量,并逐渐取代以往土地、资本和劳动力等传统生产要素的地位。智力资本
不仅仅成为企业创新和利润增长的强大动力,更是企业获取竞争优势的源泉。近
年来,智力资本一直是理论界和实务界研究的焦点。通过分析以往学者的相关研
究,特别是我国智力资本研究的状况,可以发现目前国内对智力资本的研究介绍
原理性的较多,深入分析智力资本内在作用机理并对企业实践具有较强指导意义
的较少,特别是忽视了企业关键智力资本在企业管理中的实用价值。
本文首先从智力资本的相关理论出发,通过分析企业智力资本的理论渊源,
进一步加深对企业智力资本的理解和认识,总结并阐述了企业智力资本的含义、
构成,重点分析了企业智力资本的特征,为企业关键智力资本的研究打下基础。
接下来,从自组织、企业生命周期、企业发展(实务)角度对企业关键智力资本进
行认识,弥补了以往对企业关键智力资本认识的不足。同时介绍了社会网络分析
(SNA)方法,借鉴以往学者的研究,运用社会网络分析方法对企业关键智力资本进
行识别,并以中心性指标——输入度数和外接近中心度作为识别关键智力资本的
判断指标。然后,根据识别结果结合智力资本指标体系提取出企业关键智力资本
评价指标体系,选取未确知测度(UM)模型作为企业关键智力资本评价的方法,从
而构建出企业关键智力资本评价的未确知测度模型。最后,运用 SNA-UM 企业关键
智力资本评价模型进行案例分析,并提出了相关的建议。

Abstract
With the arrival of the knowledge economy era, knowledge is gradually replacing
the traditional production factors, such as land, capital and labor, and increasingly
e the important strength for the social progress and enterprise development which
can not be ignored. Intellectual capital is not only to be the strong power of enterprise
innovation and profit growth, but also the source of enterprises to petitive
advantage. In recent years, intelligence capital has been the research focus on theory
and practice. Analyzing the scholars studies, especially the intellectual capital research
situation in China, something can be found that the basic principles introduction of
intellectual capital is in large number in domestic related research and research in-depth
analysis of underlying mechanisms of intellectual capital with strong significance in
business practices of is in small number, especially ignored the practical value of
enterprise key intellectual capital in enterprise management.
