校本课程开发--中小学美术教师专业发展的实践途径

在我国大力提倡素质教育的情况下,美术教育迎来了前所未有的大好
春天。而决定美术教育质量的是师资,因此中小学美术教师专业发展成为
目前我国美术教育的重要任务之一。校本课程开发是这次基础教育课程改
革的焦点之一,它给中小学美术教师专业发展提供了一个有效的实践途径。
本论是在对校本课程开发与中小学美术教师专业发展相关概念的界定
和理论梳理、以及两者的关系深入研究的基础上做出以下研究。
首先,从影响我国中小学美术教师专业发展的主要因素和中小学教育
的特点出发,阐述校本课程开发作为中小学美术教师专业发展有效的实践
途径的可能性;
然后,从校本课程开发在理论和政策上提供给中小学美术教师专业发
展的机会出发,在对乌鲁木齐地区中小学美术教师参与校本课程开发的现
状的调查研究的基础上,以理论和实证相结合的方法阐述、论证校本课程
开发赋予小学美术教师专业自主权,唤醒中小学美术教师自我发展意识,
中小学美术教师在积极参与校本课程开发中实现自身专业发展;
最后,总结、分析中小学美术教师参与校本课程开发所取得的成果和
存在的问题,简要提出促进中小学美术教师积极参与校本课程开发的建议。
研究结果可以给中小学美术教师专业发展的理论研究、校本课程开发
实践及两者的关系研究,提供一些借鉴和参考。

Abstract
Vigorously promoting quality education in the circumstances, the arts
education to usher in an unprecedented excellent spring. The decision is the
quality of art education teacher, art professional development of teachers in
primary and secondary schools in China e an important task of art
education. School-based curriculum development is the focus of basic education,
primary and secondary schools at the same time it to the art teacher professional
development provides an effective way to practice.
This study is the development of school-based curriculum in primary and
secondary school art teachers and professional development related to the
definition and concept of the theory of order, as well as the relationship between
the two on the basis of in-depth study. First, from the primary and secondary
schools affect my art teacher professional development and the main factor in
primary and secondary education based on the characteristics of curriculum
development as a professional art teachers in primary and secondary schools to
develop effective way to the possibility of practice;
Then school-based curriculum development in theory and policy art
teachers in primary and secondary schools
