摘要
波普艺术 20 世纪 50 年代初萌发于英国,50 年代中后期鼎盛于美国,是在美国现代
文明的影响下而产生的一种国际性艺术运动,多以流行文化或者偶发事件作为表现内
容。在波普艺术中,最有影响和最具代表性的画家是安迪·沃霍尔(Andy Warhol,1927
—1986)。他是美国波普艺术运动的发起人和主要倡导者。他的绘画图式几乎千篇一律。
他把那些取自大众传媒的图像,作为基本元素在画上重复排列。他试图完全取消艺术创
作中手工操作因素。他的的绝大部分作品都用丝网印刷技术制作,形象可以无数次地重
复,给画面带来一种特有的呆板效果。实际上,安迪·沃霍尔画中特有的那种单调、无
聊和重复,所传达的是某种冷漠、空虚、疏离的感觉,表现了当代高度发达的商业文明
中人们内在的感情。反映出现代商业化社会中人们无可奈何的空虚与迷惘。其作品对
波普艺术的发展有着至关重要的作用,并以其独特的现实形象和艺术表现形式,启发人
们对于艺术及其本质的问题进行深层次思考。

Abstract
Pop Art is a visual art movement that emerged in the mid 1950s in Britain and in the late
1950s in the United States. It is an international art movement that appeared under the
influence of the American modern civilization with popular culture and accidental event as
content. The most influential and the most typical artist in Pop Art is always known as Andy
Warhol (1927-1986). He is a pioneer also a promoter of the American Pop Art by using the
silkscreen method-which is also best known as his most famous way of artistic creation-to
display mon life. During his works, the images of popular art or iconic American
products are painted duplicately as basic elements. He tired his best to remove the handmade
marks by his silkscreen method. In fact, the element of monotonous and boring showed in his
works just conveyed the kind of empty and phlegmatic feeling that emerged in the
high-developed industrial civilization. Generally speaking, Warhol’s work plays a very
important role in the development of Pop Art, and also proposes the question of Art and its
essence by his unique expression of art.
