摘要
大学生撰写毕业论文是检验其在校学习成果的重要措施,,同时对相关教师做了大量的访谈记录,从而掌握毕业论文的现实状况,发现相关问题并提出有效解决的方法,为山西师范大学体育学院教学工作质量的提高和今后指导毕业论文的工作提出合理建议。

高校体育专项选修课程是高校课程必不可少的一项,而影响学生学习和训练效果的关键因素之一在于教师的指导行为是否正确。一般来说, 教师的指导行为是教师开展教学工作的基础。教师的指导行为是由教师本身的素质和行为而形成的, 是一种特殊的影响力, 具有强制性, 从心理反应的角度来说, 其影响更深刻和长远。教练员在进行指导高校教师指导行为满意度
