随着现代旅游业的迅速发展,旅游业已跃升为世界经济支柱产业之一。旅游
消费作为旅游业发展的核心环节,越来越受到人们的重视。我国旅游消费活动在
取得积极而显著成就的同时,也出现了一些不良的社会现象。如旅游消费的异化,
炫耀性、奢侈性消费的加剧等等,导致消费结构失衡、消费目的扭曲,我们统称
为过度旅游消费。过度旅游消费不可避免的会扭曲旅游资源开发的方向,导致旅
游资源的盲目开发,带来资源的巨大浪费,破坏自然生态环境以及各种优秀传统
文化资源。
在传统的旅游研究中,旅游消费与旅游资源开发被割裂开来,很少有人注意
到旅游消费和旅游资源开发之间存在的内在联系。马克思主义政治经济学对生产
和消费的关系有着独特的见解,文章通过对现代生产与消费关系的历史透视,阐
述了旅游消费与旅游资源开发之间的内在联系,运用生态伦理理论对旅游消费和
旅游资源开发进行具体的伦理探析,并提出了旅游消费和旅游资源开发的伦理构
建和互动发展模式,提出适度旅游消费和旅游资源有限开发的观点。
论文第一章为绪论部分,对文章的研究背景,包括现实背景和理论背景,以
及研究综述做了简要介绍;第二章主要介绍旅游消费和旅游资源开发的基本概念
及其相互关系;第三章主要是对过度旅游消费的伦理现状探析,包括过度旅游消
费的内涵、现状和道德失范的根源。旅游消费存在过度消费的现象,表现为旅游
消费内容异化,旅游消费趋从和旅游者环保意识缺乏,而其原因主要在于现代享
乐主义、人类中心主义和符号消费等因素的影响;文章第四章介绍了过度旅游消
费对旅游资源开发造成的危害,表现为盲目开发建设浪费现象严重、片面追求利
益破坏生态环境、违背文化规律破坏文化资源。主要原因在于非法旅游需求对非
德旅游供给的刺激,并导致恶性循环;第五章介绍旅游消费和旅游资源开发的伦
理构建,提出适度旅游消费和旅游资源有限开发的观点,并对此做出相关阐述,
提出实现适度旅游消费和旅游资源有限开发的互动发展模式,如开展生态旅游、
绿色旅游、徒步旅游、影视图片旅游等等。

Abstract
With the rapid development, modern tourism has e one of the pillar
industries in the world economy. Tourism consumption,as the core link in the tourism
development,is valued by more and more people. In China,the activities of tourism
consumption development makes positive and remarkable achievements,but at the
same time,there emerges some unhealthy social phenomena. There are abundant
examples like the alienation of tourism consumption, the escalation of showing-off
and luxurious consumption, which result in the unbalance of consumption structure
and the distortion of consumption purposes. All mentioned above are called tourism
over-consumption. Tourism over-consumption will inevitably distort the direction of
tourism resources development, resulting in the blind development tourism resources
and a vast waste of resources. The diversified fine traditional cultural resources as
well as the natural ecological environment are being damaged.
