城镇地籍数据入库研究与城乡一体化地籍管理信息系统设计
摘要
本论文是笔者通过参加城镇地籍调查及数据库建设之后,在理论和技
术的总结和创新。伴随着我国经济的高速发展和城乡一体化进程的加快,
城乡之间的差别越来越小,传统的地籍管理模式己不能满足现今地籍数据
的处理需求,在经济发达地区,特别是在小城镇比较发达的地区,地籍管
理部门亟需用统一模式来管理城乡地籍,以实现城乡地籍的一体化管理。
论文以笔者在城镇地籍调查中所从事的地籍数据入库研究为基础,参
考相关技术、规程以及相关学科领域的最新成果,研究了地籍数据库数据
采集及入库的过程,总结出一套地籍数据采集及入库方案,并通过反复比
对城镇地籍调查和农村土地调查的异同,研究两者管理模式的联系和区别,
构建了城乡一体化地籍管理模式,论述了城乡一体化地籍数据库建设的关
键技术问题,最后设计了城乡一体化地籍管理信息系统的主要功能模块。

RESEARCH ON URBAN CADASTRAL DATA
LOADING AND THE DESIGN OF URBAN AND
RURAL INTEGRATIVE CADASTRAL
INFORMATION SYSTEM
ABSTRACT
This paper is the summary of the theory and technology and innovation
based on urban cadastral surveys and database construction .With the
development of our economy,the gap between the urban and the rural has been
urban and rural disjunctive cadastral model can not meet today's
data processing the vast developed area, especially whose little towns
were greatly developed,the bureau of cadastral look urgently forward to use a
unified model to administrate the urban and rural cadastral,and implement the
integrative cadastral management .
In the research on urban cadastral data loading of the urban cadastral survey.
This paper by the author refered to the relevant technology, procedures, and
the latest achievements in related fields, studied the data acquisition and
storage process of cadastral database, summarized a set of programs about
cadastral data collecting and data loading, and through parison of
urban cadastral survey and rural land survey about the similarities and
differences , build a model of urban and rural cadastral management, discussed
the key technical issues in the construction of urban and rural cadastral database,
