摘要
今天,经济全球化尽管表现强劲,但它仍是一种背景力量,也就是说,在国际社会中它是一个环境因素,而不是一个决定因素。经济全球化之所以能有今天的广度和深度,很大程度上是由经济民族主义造成的。经济全球化与经济民族主义之间存在复杂的互动关系,这种关系的核心在于经济全球化刺激了经济民族主义新形式的出现,经济民族主义内涵获得了发展,在形式上经常以地区主义面目出现,在行动上更注重合作和团结,在政策上更强调内部整合和外部一致,从而实现了与经济全球化的和谐共融。

ABSTRACT
Today,though economic globalization behaves powerfully ,it is still a kind of background strength,that is to say,in the munity,it is an environmental factor,but not a decisive factor. The breadth and the depth that the economic globalization can have today,arise from economic nationalism to a great extent. There plicated interactive relationship between economic globalization and economic core is that the econimic globalization has stimulated economic nationalism to produce new forms, and the intension of economic nationalism has been offen appear with the appearance of the regional doctrine in form,pay attention to cooperation and unity even mora in the action,emphasize the internal integration and external unanimity even more on the policy,thus they have realized the harmony with the economic globalization.
