摘要
中国加入世界贸易组织以后,企业的发展将面临着更大的竞争,这种竞争归根到底是企业之间核心竞争力的竞争。企业在制定与实施发展战略的关键活动中,企业核心竞争力的有效培育和提升是战略制定成功的前提和保障。因此,企业如何更有效的配置资源,培育和提升企业的核心竞争力,己成为企业在全球化竞争中实现持续发展的关键问题。
诸多中外企业成功经营实践表明,但凡成功的企业都有强大的核心竞争力作支撑,核心竞争力己经成为企业制胜法宝。随着技术变革的不断加速,技术在产业竞争中发挥着越来越重要的影响力,技术创新在科技企业获取竞争优势中的作用更为突出。
本文运用核心竞争力理论,以公司为具体研究范例,从技术创新的视角来研究科技企业核心竞争力提升的路径和对策。运用文献阅读与理论研究相结合、个案研究与比较研究相结合的方法,详细分析了公司核心竞争力现状和存在的主要问题阐述了技术创新之与公司核心竞争力提升之间的关系分析了技术创新是提升公司核心竞争力的重要途径、前提和有效手段,而核心竞争力的提升对技术创新有巨大的推动作用提出了通过内部战略创新与外部合作创新培育核心竞争力,通过能力的整合创新提升核心竞争力是公司基于技术创新获取核心竞争力的两条重要的途径。并结合公司的发展战略,为实现公司核心竞争力的持续成长,提出了公司核心竞争力提升与保障措施。从公司基于技术创新的角度来提升核心竞争力提出了有效的途径和发展策略。
希望本文的论述能对科技型企业核心竞争力的发展提供一些有益的启示

Abstract
After China taking part in WTO, enterprise's development will be facing a petition, this kind petition will be talented the petition ability of enterprise. In the key activities of formulating and implementing enterprise’s strategy, the petition ability of enterprise’s cultivation and promoting is core management. Therefore, how the enterprise implements the more effective resources, cultivating and promoting the petitive ability has e the key question which would affect the enterprise’s development in the petition.
Many essful managements of Chinese and Foreign enterprises identified that any essful business enterprise all contain mighty petition ability to prop up, and the petition ability has already e a magic weapon for the technique enterprise to win. With the accelerating of technology innovation, technology is playing a vital role in petition, so the role of the technology innovation es more and more outstanding.
