摘要:本文着眼于中国当前的贸易顺差状况,以近年来的贸易统计数据为基础,深入分析了中国的贸易顺差的形成原因、贸易顺差的特点、贸易顺差的影响,并且针对中国贸易顺差的现状,提出了一些可行的解决方法。世界经济的良好增长态势使国际市场需求总体趋旺、国内有效消费需求不足、全球产业结构调整所引发的产业转移使加工贸易占据了我国贸易的半壁江山等因素促成了中国的贸易顺差。贸易顺差又带来与主要贸易顺差来源国或地区间的贸易摩擦迅速增加、引发外汇储备超常增长,增大了人民币升值压力、拉高了我国外贸依存度,给经济增长带来不确定性、使我国出口部门劳动力工资呈上升趋势,加剧了地区性的收入不平衡、加剧境内流动性过剩,给境内商业银行的盈利及风险掌控能力带来挑战等影响。‘转移顺差’、外需拉动型顺差、跨国公司内部贸易对顺差贡献大、粗放式经济支撑下的顺差、低端产品换顺差等是中国贸易顺差的特点。扩大内需、完善人民币汇率机制、优化贸易结构等一系列措施会对中国的贸易顺差问题起到一定的调控作用。

Abstract:The thesis is based on the actuality of china’s trade surplus and the trade statistic of recent years. Discussed the reasons, the characteristics and the impacts of trade surplus. After that, I propose some feasible measures against the actuality of china’s trade surplus. The trade surplus were caused by many reasons, such as the increasing demand of foreign market, the weaken demand of the domestic market, and the processing trade take up half of the trade amount and so on. The trade surplus result in more trade friction, increasing foreign reserves, stressing the value of renminbi, Enhance the dependency of foreign trade degree, affect the stablity of economic increase , break the balance of e level of different area, affect profit and risk operate ability of mercial bank. General speaking, China’s trade surplus have the following characteristics: transfer surplus, foreign demand surplus, inner trade of pany contribute much to the surplus, low-technology products get in return surplus etc. The following measures maybe work to the balance of international revenue and spending: increasing the domes
