【摘要】目的:探讨微创手术与传统开胸肺癌手术护理差异及患者康复效果。方法:采用统计比较的方法,依据诊断标准,选取肺癌手术患者100名,平均分为对照组(微创手术VATS)和普通组(开胸手术),根据手术前后护理工作差异及康复效果作统计学比较。结果: VATS与开胸组护理比较,在病人引流量、引流天数、平均住院日,平均住院费用、术后离床活动能力、及心理状态、护理评价存在较大差异(P>),有统计学意义。结论:微创手术患者护理质量和康复效果明显优于开胸手术。

【 abstract 】 objective: to study the minimally invasive surgery and traditional open thoracic esophageal radical surgery nursing differences and patients recover effect.
