摘要:测定了海南琼中、儋州和白沙三个地点的海南鲌群体各 18 尾、11 尾和 13 尾的线粒
体控制区 5’端 1053bp 的核苷酸序列,获得 24 个多态位点,21 个单一可变位点和 2 个简约
信息位点。单倍型数为 18 种,3 个群体得平均单倍型多样性和核苷酸多样性分别为
~ 与 ~,呈高单倍型多样性低核苷酸多样性特点。NJ 树表明
三个地理群体得海南鲌无明显谱系结构。中性检验分析发现海南鲌在晚更新世发生过种群扩
张。三个群体间无分化,建议将其作为一个管理单位统一保护。

ic diversity of culter recurviceps in Hainan inferred
from mitochondrial DNA control region sequence analysis

Abstract: We determine 1053bp sequences at 5’ terminal mtDNA control region of 42 culter
recurviceps e from Danzhou (11 individuals), Baisha (13 individuals) and
Qiongzhong (18 individuals) in Hainan. Totally 24 variable sites, 21single variable sites and 2
parsimony informative sites defined 18 haplotypes among 42 individuals. The average of
haplotype diversity and nucleotide diversity among 3 geographic group were ~
and ~, respectively, indicating high haplotype and low nucleotide diversity. In the
Neighbor-Joining tree, neither obvious genealogical nor geographic clusters were found. The
demographic history was examined by using neutrality tests indicating a population expansion at
the late of Pleistocene. No differentiation among these tree
