陶瓷 PTC 热敏电阻干燥缫丝丝条的研究

摘要:在制丝缫丝工序中,拟定将以陶瓷 PTC 热敏电阻为加热元件制作的缫丝丝条干燥装
置装在经改进的 D301A 型自动缫丝机络交环前两个相邻定位鼓轮之间。通过 YG731 检尺器
模拟缫丝过程,让丝条在卷绕之前就对其进行干燥,以探究先干燥再卷绕对丝条结构与品质
的影响。结果表明,先干燥再卷绕对丝片的成型、生丝的品质、表面形态和内部结构等均无
明显影响,且可以使丝片的内、外层回潮率更加均匀。

Abstract: During the process of reeling of silk-producing, to protocol to install the drying device
which is made of ceramic Positive Temperature Coefficient thermistor working as exothermic part
between two adjacent fixed drums in the front of rings of interlacing silk of modified D301A
automatic reeling machine. To simulate the process of reeling by YG731 wind Gauging device to
explore what difference drying the raw silk before winding can bring to the structure and quality
of raw silk. The results show that there is no obvious difference to the shape-up、quality、external
shape and internal structure of raw silk. Also, the moisture regain of inner and external layer
e more even.
