摘要:以我国低碳经济板块的上市公司为样本,采用相关分析和回归分析方法,研究了政府
科技创新补贴对企业 R&D 支出影响。研究表明:政府科技创新补助对低碳上市公司的 R&D
投入存在杠杆效应,且这种效应的发生会有一定的时滞;企业规模越大,政府创新补贴激励
效果越好;在国有股权达到适当比例时,政府创新补贴的杠杆作用达到最大;企业研究技术
人员比重越高,政府创新补贴的激励效果越好。

Based on the correlation and regression analysis, this paper studied the impacts of
government techonogical subsidies on R&D expenditure of enterprises by using the samples of
China’s low-carbon panies. Results indicate that there is obvious leverage effects for the
government subsidies, and the effects can be a time-lag. The larger size of enterprise is, the better

performance of the stimulation. The subsidies achieved the maximum leverage effects when the
state-owned shares are appropriate. The higher proportion is the higher the proportion of corporate
research technician, the better the incentive effects are government technological innovation
subsidies.
