摘要:目的: 建立用高效液相色谱法测定白屈菜药材中白屈菜碱含量的方法。方法:采用甲
醇提取,高效液相色谱法测定,以乙腈-1%三乙胺溶液(20:80)(三乙胺用磷酸调节 PH 至
)为流动相,流速为 1 mL/min,检测波长为 290nm。结果:白屈菜中白屈菜碱的含量为
%。白屈菜碱在 ~ 范围内呈良好线性关系,r=(n=6),回收率为
±%,RSD 为 %。结论:该方法简便快速,结果准确可靠,可作为白屈菜药材
及其制剂质量控制方法之一。

Abstract: Objective: To establish the method for determination of chelidonine in Chelidonium
majus. Methods: The fine powder of the Chelidonium majus was extracted with methanol and the
content of chelidonine was determined by mobile phase was acetonitrile-1%
triethylamine (20∶80) ( adjusted pH to 3 using phosphoric acid) and the detection wavelength
was set at 290nm. Results: The chelidonine content in Chelidonium majus was %. The linear
