摘要:利用共沉淀法合成 YAG 纳米粉体,随后两步真空烧结制备光学质量良好的 YAG 陶
瓷托槽,分别采用 XRD、SEM 和万能试验机测试 YAG 陶瓷托槽的物相、微观结构和力学
性能。所制备的 YAG 陶瓷托槽的晶粒细小约 3um,压缩强度约为 376MPa,其中晶界增多
是导致 YAG 陶瓷托槽力学提高的主要原因。采用纳米技术和两步真空烧结技术制备的 YAG
陶瓷托槽有很大发展潜力。

Abstract: YAG nano-powders were synthesized by co- precipitation method, followed the high-quality
YAG ceramic brackets were fabricatedby two - stage vacuum Sintering. The ceramic brackets were
characterized by XRD, SEM and universal testing machines. The results show that the
