摘要:以聚丙烯酸(PAA)做分散剂和粘接剂,采用注浆成型工艺和真空烧结技术制备了光学
质量良好的 YAG 陶瓷托槽。通过 SEM、流变仪分别对粉体、托槽坯体及浆料进行了表征。
结果表明:用聚丙烯酸的质量分数 2wt%,固相含量为 60wt%的 YAG 浆料可以得到均匀的
坯体,再经过两步真空烧结制备出高质量的陶瓷托槽。采用聚丙烯酸做分散剂和粘接剂进行
注浆成型是一种很有发展潜力的透明陶瓷托槽成型方法。

Abstract: High-quality YAG ceramics brackets were fabricated by vacuum sintering technique
using the slip casting using Polyacrylic acid (PAA) as dispersant and binder. The powders,
suspension and brackets green body were characterized by SEM and Rheometer. The results show
that the good green bodies can be obtained from slurries with 2wt% of PAA and with 60wt% of
solid content. High-quality YAG ceramics brackets were fabricated by two-step vacuum sintering
