摘要:本文采用斜槽式超声纵-扭振动高速铣削对高体分 SiCp/Al 复合材料进行了铣削试验
研究,考察不同铣削参数(铣削深度 ap、每齿进给量 fz、铣削速度 vc)对铣削力的影响。
结果表明,在相同切削参数条件下,超声纵-扭振动铣削的三向铣削分力都比高速铣削的小,
两者都随着铣削深度和进给量的增加而增加,但是增加的量并不是成倍增加。两种铣削方式
都有随着铣削速度的增加而切削力降低的趋势,当铣削速度达到 170 m/min 趋于平缓,随着
铣削速度的进一步提高,超声高速铣削逐渐转变为高速铣削,这与扭转振动被淹没有关。由
于纵向振动受到的掩盖作用相对较小,刀具刚性相对较好,所以超声纵-扭高速铣削仍比普
通高速铣削加工高体分 SiCp/Al MMCs 有优势

Abstract:
High volume fraction SiCp/posites were milled in ultrasonic longitudinal and
torsional vibration high speed milling and high speed milling in this experiment, study on effects

milling force. The results shows that in the same cutting parameters,the three milling force of
ultrasonic longitudinal and torsional vibration high speed milling are small than that of high speed
