摘要:肿瘤的发生和发展必然会影响机体的代谢,人们通过对代谢物进行定性和定量的分析
来了解肿瘤的发病机制。代谢组学在肿瘤的早期诊断尤其是无症状早期诊断方面具有无法比
拟的优势。本文概述了代谢组学的定义特点、与其它组学相比的优势,常见的技术分类、分
析方法及其在恶性肿瘤中的应用研究进展。应用代谢组学的方法在前列腺癌、卵巢癌、结直
肠肿瘤、肝脏肿瘤、肺癌、乳腺癌、宫颈癌等多种恶性肿瘤中寻找肿瘤代谢标志物以期早期
诊断肿瘤。代谢组学在肿瘤个体化治疗中的应用:在乳腺癌患者中,使用芳香化酶抑制剂抑
制雌激素合成;通过代谢组学的方法发现肿瘤患者体内氟尿嘧啶代谢途径中有关酶基因表达
差异,这一发现有助于准确预测化疗预后,并为个体化治疗方案的选择提供理论依据。

Abstract: The development and progression of tumor inevitably influences body metabolism,we
understand the the pathogenesis of tumor through the qualitative and quantitative analysis of
has various advantages in tumor early diagnosis especially without
symptoms. This paper summarized the concepts and features of metabolism, common technical
classification and analysis method research progress of application in malignant tumor. In order to
diagnosis tumor early,many scholars have essfully try to use metabonomics method to found
malignant tumor metabolic markers in prostate cancer ,ovarian cancer ,colorectal breast cancer,
hepatocarcinoma lung cancer breast cancer and cervical cancer. Metabonomics method is applied for
