摘要:本文以大豆中黄 35 为试验材料,采用室内水培法,研究了施硅处理对紫外辐射(UV-B,
280~320 nm)下大豆幼苗生长发育、硅元素含量与分布以及生理特性的影响。结果表明,
在 UV-B 辐射条件下,施用 mM 硅处理后大豆幼苗的株高、总干重、叶面积和根冠比,
分别增加了 %,%,%和 %;幼苗叶片和茎杆中的硅元素含量分别增加了
倍和 倍;幼苗叶片中的类胡萝卜素、可溶性酚类物质和蜡质的含量分别增加了 %、
%和 %,花青素含量降低了 %。可见,施硅处理在一定程度上能够缓解紫外辐
射对大豆幼苗造成的伤害。

Effects of silicon on physiological characteristics of soybean
seedlings under UV-B radiation

Abstract: This study was conducted to investigate the effect of silicon on the growth, content of
silicon and physiological characteristics in soybean (Glycine max L. Zhonghuang 35) seedlings
under UV-B radiation in 2010 in a growth chamber in China Agricultural University, Beijing. The
result showed that the shoot height, total dry weight, leaf area and root : shoot ratio were increased
by %,%,%和 % with silicon ( mM) application under UV-B radiation stress.
The content of silicon in the shoot and leaf of soybean were incearsed by and times with
silicon treatment under UV-B stress. The contents of carotenoid, soluble phenols and wax in the
