摘要:随着能源形势的日益严峻,建筑能耗的飞速增长,建筑节能显得日益重要。在我国东
北寒冷地区,外围护结构的热损耗约占建筑总耗热的 20%~30%。由于高层建筑逐年建设
量加大,能耗较多层建筑有明显增长,寒冷地区能耗情况尤其严峻。本文从明确技术标准、发
展技术措施以及建立节能评估体系三个方面,提出寒地高层建筑外围护结构低碳化设计策
略。

Discussion on Envelope's Low-carbon Design of Hign-rise
Architecture in Cold Region

Abstract: With the increasingly severe energy situation, the rapid growth of building energy
consumption, the construction energy conservation has e more and more important. In the
cold region of our country northern place, the sumption has occupied total energy
consumption 20%~30%. Caused by the construction of high-rise increacsed year by year, as the
meanshile, the energy consumption of which is much higher than tier building's, the energy
problem is particularly serious in northeast cold area. In this article, from three aspects of
development of technical standards, technical measures and the the establishment of
energy-saving evaluation system, the author puts forward the design strategy of high-rise building
external envelope structure of low-carbon.
