回归分析在电子鼻数据分析中的应用#

摘要:随着嗅觉传感器技术的发展,电子鼻技术在食品检测中得到了不断研究与应用。回归
分析研究某一变量和其他有关变量的依赖关系,它利用观测数据建立变量之间的回归模型,
并做出预报和控制。目前,回归分析在电子鼻分析领域中,已经得到了广泛的应用。本文阐
述了多元线性回归、主成分回归、偏最小二乘回归法这三种回归分析在电子鼻领域中的应用
以及其各自的优缺点,简单阐述了这三种方法的特点以及局限性。

The application of regression analysis in the electronic nose

Abstract: With the development of sensor arrays technology, many researches and applications
have been made in the field of electronic nose. Regression analysis is a statistical process for
estimating the relationships among variables, when the focus is on the relationship between
adependent variable and one or more independent variables. The regression analysis has been
widely used in the areas of electronic nose analysis. In this paper, multiple linear regression,
ponent regression and partial least-squares regression have pared according
to algorithm thesis, application areas, and limitation.

0 引言
回归分析是一种很实用的统计分析方法,其基本功能是研究某一变量和其他有关变量之
间的依赖关系,能够根据已知信息对其建立数学模型,并利用该模型做出估计或预测,已广
泛应用于工程、经济、金融、生物和医学等
