摘要:本文就力学因素对骨髓间充质干细胞成骨向分化的影响做一综述。背景:骨髓间充质
干细胞具有良好的成骨向分化潜能,在骨组织工程领域中具有广阔的应用前景。研究现状:
近年来,大量研究证实骨髓间充质干细胞在特定条件下能够向成骨方向分化。骨髓间充质干
细胞增殖和成骨向分化受多种力学因素的影响,且不同性质的力学刺激对其定向分化的调节
作用不尽相同。目前,许多学者致力于深入探讨力学因素影响骨髓间充质干细胞成骨向分化
的具体途径,但其调控机制尚未完全明确。研究用途:综述力学因素对骨髓间充质干细胞所
产生的增殖、定向成骨分化等生物学效应的影响及可能涉及的力化学信号转导通路作用机
制。

Abstract: In this paper,effects of mechanical factors on osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs are
reviewed. Background: For its good ic differentiation potential, bone marrow
mesenchymal stem cells has wide application prospect in bone tissue engineering. Research status:
in recent years, many studies have confirmed that bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells can
undergo osteogenic differentiation under specific conditions. The proliferation and osteogenic
differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells are influenced by many factors, and the
mechanical properties of different stimuli regulating different effects on the differentiation. At
