摘要:为深入研究不同细泥组分对煤泥浮选行为的影响,将煤泥(-)中的- mm
粒级细泥按密度分为- kg/L、~ kg/L 和+ kg/L 三个组分。将三种细泥分别掺入到
+ mm 的原煤中进行分步释放试验,并与原煤以及+ mm 原煤的分步释放试验结果
进行比较,结果表明- kg/L 密度级细泥促进原煤中+ mm 的粗粒煤泥的浮选,而
~ kg/L 和+ kg/L 密度级细泥抑制+ mm 粗粒煤泥的浮选,且两者的抑制程度相
当。

Impact of different ultra-fine particle in coal slime on
flotation behavior

Abstract: For further research on the impact of different ultra-fine slime on coal flotation,
ultra-fine particles which are finer than mm in coal slime(- mm) were divided into three
parts: - kg/L, ~ kg/L and + kg/L. The three parts were added to the raw coal slime
coarser than mm respectively. And then timed-release flotation experiments were conducted
for these three samples, along with the raw sample and the + mm raw sample. The results of
these five experiments pared together. It showed that the - ultra-fine slime would
promote the flotation of + mm raw coal slime whereas the ~ kg/L and + kg/L
ultra-fine slime were harmful to it and the extent of their harm was similar.
