摘要:分子标记偏离孟德尔分离比例(偏分离)是一种普遍的生物学现象,偏分离基因间相
互作用(上位性)现象在作图群体中也比较普遍,并影响遗传图谱构建和数量性状基因座定
位。为解决此为题,我们已提出了相应的遗传分析新方法。为便于应用工作者的使用,在
Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 操作平台下,利用 C#语言研制了 Windows 界面友好的新方法的
DistortedMap 软件包。该软件包具有遗传群体模拟、偏分离群体连锁图矫正和数量性状基因
座定位的功能。

Abstract: Marker segregation distortion is monly biological phenomenon. If the distortion is
derived from the interaction between segregation distortion loci on the same linkage group, the
estimates for both ic distance between distorted markers and quantitative trait locus
parameters may be biased from their true values. To solve this issue, some new methodologies
