摘要:利用传统陶瓷工艺制备了 Bi1/2(Na1-xLix)1/2TiO3 系无铅压电陶瓷,研究了该陶瓷的微结构、压电
和介电性能。XRD 结果表明,在 x=0~ 时,Bi1/2(Na1-xLix)1/2TiO3 陶瓷为单相三方晶系钙钛矿结构,
在 x= 时,会有影响压电性能的第二相产生;本文研究了适量的锂取代对 BNT 陶瓷结构和介电性能的影
响。同时,适量的 Li 掺杂可以有效提高材料的相对密度达到 95%以上;通过 (Na1-xLix) 陶
瓷介温谱线测试,发现该系陶瓷具有弛豫铁电体的特征并在居里温度以上表现出奇特的介电行为,分析认
为该介电行为是由于离子电导诱导的空间电荷极化在成分和温度两个影响因素的共同作用所致。

Study on dielectric relaxation properties of
(Na1-xLix) lead-free piezoelectric ceramics

Abstract: Lead-free piezoelectric ceramics Bi1/2(Na1-xLix)1/2TiO3 were prepared by the
conventional ceramic sintering technique. The piezoelectric properties, dielectric properties and
microstructures of these piezoelectric ceramics were also studied. Bi1/2(Na1-xLix)1/2TiO3 ceramics
shows a single phase of perovskite structure with a rhombohedral symmetry with xx=0~ . However,
when x=, the second phase was found in the BNT ceramics. The relative densities of the
Bi1/2(Na1-xLix)1/2TiO3 ceramics were over 95%. The results of the measurement of dielectric
