摘要:由于马铃薯叶片 SPAD 仪读数因品种而异,因此探索一种适于不同马铃薯品种的 SPAD
仪氮素营养诊断指标非常必要。本文通过 2 个试验点、7 个马铃薯品种的田间试验,分析了
马铃薯主茎倒三(L3)、倒四(L4)、倒五(L5)、倒八(L8)叶 SPAD 值随生育时期的变化特
征,同时尝试建立消除品种影响的马铃薯 SPAD 仪氮素营养诊断指标。结果表明,虽然马铃
薯主茎各叶位的 SPAD 值因品种不同而不同,但不同品种主茎 L3、L4、L5、L8 叶 SPAD 值
均随生育进程而降低,且叶片 SPAD 值 L3>L4>L5>L8;通过对不同品种的马铃薯进行 L4 与
L8 叶叶位差异指数处理,可以克服品种对 SPAD 值的影响。

Abstract: The chlorophyll meter SPAD-502 is a promising tool to detect crop N status, in
order to use it in the potato N status diagnosis and N mendation, field experiments were
carried out on two sites to test the difference among potato varieties in terms of leaf SPAD value,
and try to establish normalized SPAD index which eliminates or minimize discrepancies
between different varieties of potato at same N condition. Seven varieties of potato were used in
the study, and SPAD values of the third(L3), fourth(L4), fifth(L5), and eighth leaf
