摘要:利用光谱仪和叶绿素计,通过田间试验,测量了孕穗期不同 SO2 熏气浓度下水稻(圣稻 13、阳光 200)叶片
光谱和 SPAD 值,在此基础上分析了水稻叶片吸收光谱特性,及其一阶导数光谱特征。并进行了叶片 SPAD 值与吸收
光谱及一阶导数光谱的相关性研究。结果表明,水稻叶片 SPAD 值、光谱及其一阶导数光谱的峰值均随着 SO2 熏气浓
度的增加,呈先增大后减小的趋势。叶片 SPAD 值与一阶导数光谱的相关系数明显高于与吸收光谱的相关系数,达到
以上,通过 显著性检验。

Study on the Correlation Between SPAD Values and Spectra of Rice Leaf Under Sulfur Dioxide
Fumigation Condition

Abstract: The leaf spectra and SPAD values of rice (Shengdao 13 and Yangguang 200) at in booting stage are determined by
using spectroradiometer and chlorophyll meter through field test in this paper. The characteristics of leaf spectra and their first
derivative spectra are correlation between the first derivative spectra and SPAD values are studied. The result
indicates that there are first increasing and then decreasing trend along with the fumigation concentration. The correlation
coefficient between Leaf SPAD value and the first derivative spectra is significantly higher than that between Leaf SPAD value
and absorption spectrum, with above by test of significance.
