摘要:输油管道泄漏不仅会影响石油的正常输送,而且还会造成严重的经济损失和环境污染。
因此,及时发现泄漏并确定其位置,减少泄漏带来的损失和污染势在必行。本文提出了将
GIS 技术应用于输油管道泄漏检测系统,建立基于 WebGIS 的输油管道泄漏预警系统,不仅
发挥了 GIS 强大的数据管理能力、丰富的数据分析功能以及直观的图形显示效果,还将 GIS
的功能扩展到互联网,能及时准确报告泄漏事故范围和程度并提供预警决策支持,可以最大
限度减少经济损失和环境污染。

Abstract: The leakage of oil pipeline will not only affect the normal delivery of oil,but also cause
serious economic loss and environmental ,it is imperative that discovering
leakage timely and determinning its position to reduce the losses and pollution of is
proposed in this paper that applying GIS technology to the detection system of leakage of oil
pipeline and establishing WebGIS-Based early warning system for leakage of oil pipeline,it not
only gives full play to the powerful capabilities of data management,rich function of data analysis
and intuitive graphical display effect of GIS,but also expands the function of GIS to the
,the system can report the scope and degree of leakage accident timely and accurately and
provide early warning and decision support ,which can minimize the economic loss and
environmental po
