题目输油管道泄漏检测仪设计

摘要
管道运输已经成为我国输油事业的主要运输方式,主要是因为这种运输方式廉价的原因。但是,由于人为或者管道自身材料而被腐蚀的原因,管道泄漏时有发生。目前,检测输油管道的方法多钟多样,而负压波泄漏检测和定位方法无需建立管道模型,只需对输油管道压力信号进行检测,因而得到了较为广泛的应用。但是由于往往有大量的噪声附带在采集的信号中以及被测管道和现场环境情况复杂,因而严重影响了结果的正确性。
为此,我们设计了这一套系统,该系统将流量平衡法、音波测漏法和负压波法结合起来,适用于原油集输管线及原油长输管线的泄漏检测。这种方法可以实现对输油管道压力、流量、温度等数据的检测。本设计首先分析了负压波的产生以及传播,然后分析了负压波的计算以及温度等因数对负压波波速的影响。本设计主要研究了通过采集管道泄漏的信息实现泄漏点定位以及管道数据采集的硬件方面的研究。

Abstract
Pipeline transportation of oil for it’s cheap and convenient has been the main form of oil transport in China. However,because corrosion, as well as vandalism and other factors, the pipeline leakages occurred present,there are so many means of localization of negative pressure wave method of leak detection and location can work with out establishing a pipeline model,so it has been more widely ,the scene environment plex,and signal acquisition is often attached to a large number of accuracy of the results is seriously affected by them.
is devised a system bines with Flow balance method sonic leak detection method and negative pressure wave method and is available for the Crude oil gathering pipeline and long distance crude oil pipeline leak also makes the detection of Crude Oil Pipeline of running parameters of temperature, flow, pressure, sound e into reality. Thesis analyzes the laws of negative pressure wave propagation,methods of calculating wave velocity and the impacts of temperature on design is mainly studied how to extract the pipeline leakage signal,and achieve to put forward the signal in drawing the systematic software and hardware.
