摘要:为了研究 C2-对称性型小分的凝胶化能力,以及手性对其凝胶形成和性能的影响,设
计合成了 6 种不同结构的凝胶小分子,分别是 L-Asp-L-Phe (G1), D-Asp-D-Phe (G2), L-Asp-L-
Val (G3), L-Ala-L-Pro (G4), L-Leu-L-Val (G5), and L-Ala-L-Phe (G6)。G1 和 G2 互为手性对应
异构体,研究表明,含有苯环的 G 1,G 2 和 G6 形成的小分子更易形成凝胶,由此推断临
近苯环之间的π-π堆积作用是形成凝胶超分子结构的主要驱动力。并观察了 G1 和 G2 的
微观形貌,发现其能在微观尺度形成不同结构的有序纤维状结构,且受一对手性药物(+)
奎宁丁和(-)奎宁不同程度的影响,由此推断该手性凝胶可广泛应用于手性识别和分离领
域。

Abstract: In this paper, six different kinds of gelators were designed and synthesised trying to
analysis the ability of the C2-symmetry gelators based on depetide,which is L-Asp-L-Phe (G1),
D-Asp-D-Phe (G2), L-Asp-L- Val (G3), L-Ala-L-Pro (G4), L-Leu-L-Val (G5), and L-Ala-L-Phe
(G6). It turned out that the G1, G 2 and G 6 which shares mon group phenzene ring were
more inclined to form gel, which implied that the π-πstacking between adjacent phenyl groups
may be an important driving force for the supramolecular self-assembly in this case. The
