摘要:导电高分子复合材料可作为柔性压阻式传感器的敏感材料。为研究这种复合材料电阻
在压缩应力松弛中的变化规律(即:压缩电阻松弛),采用溶液混合法制备了碳纳米管填充
硅橡胶复合材料,测试并分析了复合材料电阻与应力在压缩应力松弛过程中的变化数据。实
验结果表明压缩电阻松弛与压缩应力松弛的变化趋势相似(即:电阻与应力都随时间衰减且
渐趋稳定)。从复合材料显微结构变化的角度出发,对压缩电阻松弛现象进行了机理解释,
并建立了复合材料导电网络变化与高分子链段运动之间的联系。

Abstract: Conductive posite can be used as the sensitive material of flexible
piezoresistive sensor. To study the changes in the electrical resistance of posite during the
compressive stress relaxation (. compressive resistance relaxation), carbon nanotube filled
silicone posite is fabricated by using solution mixing method, and the data for the
changes in the resistance and the stress of posite during pressive stress relaxation
are measured and analyzed. The experimental results show that pressive resistance
relaxation is similar to pressive stress relaxation (. both the resistance and the stress
decay gradually and get more and more steady over time). From the angle of the changes in the
microstructur
