摘要:为定量研究可作为柔性压力传感器敏感材料的导电高分子复合材料压缩电阻松弛,本
文对比分析了碳纳米管填充硅橡胶复合材料在压缩应力松弛过程中的电阻-时间特性和应力
-时间特性。实验结果表明:压缩应力松弛过程中,复合材料电阻与应力都随时间呈指数衰
减。以黏弹性理论为基础,仿照描述压缩应力松弛的弹簧黏壶模型,建立了压缩电阻松弛的
弹簧黏壶模型,并给出了模型关键参数的物理含义。对这两种弹簧黏壶模型的对比分析结果
表明:压缩电阻松弛时间常数和相对总衰减量均大于压缩应力松弛。

Abstract: To study quantitatively pressive resistance relaxation of conductive polymer
composite which can be used as the sensitive material of flexible pressure sensor, the
resistance-time property and the stress-time property of carbon nanotube filled silicone rubber
composite during pressive stress relaxation are paratively. The experimental
results show that the resistance of posite and the stress decay exponentially over time.
Based on the viscoelastic theory, a spring and dashpot model for pressive resistance
relaxation is established according to the spring and dashpot pressive stress relaxation. The
physical meanings for the key parameters of the models are given. parative analyses
about the two kinds of models show that the relaxation
