摘要:随着纳米科技的发展,纳米材料的抗菌性能也受到了越来越多的关注。抗菌效果良好
的纳米颗粒在包装材料、抗菌器件、生物医药等多个领域都拥有巨大的发展潜力。本工作设
计了 CoCu 双金属纳米颗粒,并采用高温热分解法制备得到粒径均一,分散性良好的 CoCu
纳米颗粒;通过 2,3-二巯基丁二酸(DMSA)对合成出的纳米颗粒进行表面修饰,改善了纳
米颗粒在水中的分散性,并且表面带负电荷。采用表达红色荧光蛋白的大肠杆菌菌株对 CoCu
纳米颗粒进行抗菌性能研究,结果表明其具有良好的抑菌效果;采用 SMMC-7721 人源肝癌
细胞模型对 CoCu 纳米颗粒进行细胞毒性研究,结果表明其对癌细胞具有细胞毒性。本文显
示了 CoCu 纳米颗粒在抗菌等生物医学领域具有广阔应用前景。

Synthesis of CoCu bimetallic nanoparticles and their
antibacterial property

Abstract: As the booming development of nanoscience and nanotechnology, researchers draw
more and more attentions on the antibacterial property of nanomaterials. Generally speaking,
nanoparticles (NPs) with obvious antibacterial property have a great potential in the fields of
packaging materials, new antibiotics, and sterile coatings for biomedical devices. Herein, we
report the synthesis of novel cobalt-copper (CoCu) bimetallic NPs through thermo position
