摘要:微胶囊化电泳显示器是目前电泳显示技术发展的主要方向,分散介质作为微胶囊的重
要组成部分,其环保性能对该技术的商业化非常重要。本文选择环保型异构烷烃 Isopar L 作
为分散介质,Isopar L 芳烃浓度低、难挥发、低毒、无污染。采用复凝聚法制备明胶-阿拉伯
胶电泳显示微胶囊。为制的产率高、粒径分布均匀的电泳显示微胶囊,文章对分散时间、搅
拌速度进行研究,结果表明当分散时间为 20min、搅拌速度为 800rpm 时所制得的胶囊粒径
分布均匀,主要集中在 30~60μm、产率高达 %;将胶囊涂布成膜,通过对聚氨酯胶黏
剂 611 和 DSM 涂布工艺的研究,得知在 611 固化剂含量为 %,与胶囊的质量比为 1:2 且涂
膜厚度为 时对比度最高达 ,将胶囊制备成时钟显示器件,实现了电泳显示。

Abstract: Microencapsulated electrophoretic ink is the optimum choice for the development of
electrophoretic display. Isopar L ,which is isoparaffin,was selected as the dispersion medium in
the experiment. It is not only nearly non-toxic to human beings but also environmental friendly
because of its low aromatic concentration and volatility. The electrophoretic microcapsules were
prepared plex coacervation between gelatin and acacia. The influence of the dispersion
time and stirring rate on the properties of microcapsules were investigated. The result showed that
the optimum technology were as follows:the stirring rate
