摘要:联苯三唑醇(Bitertanol)是一种典型的三唑类广谱杀菌剂,已在多种农作物、食品中
检测出残留。目前尚缺乏针对联苯三唑醇的风险评估研究。为评估联苯三唑醇在人以及哺乳
动物体内的分布及毒性作用,本实验应用荧光光谱法比较分析了联苯三唑醇与人血清蛋白
(Human Serum Albumin, HSA)和牛血清蛋白(Bovine Serum Albumin , BSA)的相互作用。
联苯三唑醇以静态猝灭方式导致 HSA 和 BSA 内源性荧光猝灭,且随着农药浓度的增加,
HSA 与 BSA 的荧光强度出现规律性下降。联苯三唑醇与 HSA、BSA 的相互作用主要以氢
键、范德华力为主。

Abstract: Bitertanol, one typical kind of triazole fungicides, is an emerging broad-spectrum
bactericide. Its extensive use results in the residues that were detected in many crops and foods.
Currently there still lacks the risk assessment on bitertanol. To estimate the distribution and
toxicity of bitertanol exposed in human and mammal body, the interaction of bitertanol with
human serum albumin (HSA) and bovine serum albumin(BSA) paratively investigated by
fluorescence spectroscopy. Bitertanol can significantly quenched the intrinsic fluorescence of
HSA and BSA via static fluorescence of HSA and BSA were quenched more with
