摘要:手性有机催化剂金鸡纳生物碱的固载化研究是不对称催化领域的热点。常规 SBA-15
固载的奎宁催化剂对不对称 Michael 加成反应的催化活性较低。本文提出将 SBA-15 介孔材
料用水回流处理,以增加其表面羟基的数量以及分散均匀程度,然后用于固载奎宁,构建一
种有效的非均相有机催化剂,用于查耳酮及其衍生物与丙二腈的不对称 Michael 加成反应。
XRD、FT-IR、氮气吸附、TG 和电镜表征的结果证明了奎宁的成功固载,且制得的非均相
催化剂很好地保持了介孔载体的特征孔道结构,而且水处理使得巯丙基和奎宁的负载率增
加。该非均相催化剂对不同查耳酮底物的收率均高于以常规 SBA-15 为载体的催化剂,尤其
是对 4-甲氧基查耳酮,得到了 78%的 ee 值,远高于常规 SBA-15 固载的催化剂,甚至高于
均相催化剂。

Abstract: The heterogenization of cinchona alkaloids has attracted more and more attention in the
recent years. Quinine immobilized on conventional SBA-15 provides low activity in the
asymmetric Michael addition of malononitrile to chalcones. In this paper, SBA-15 was treated
