摘要:本文在运用 DEA 方法测度及分解我国大中型工业企业生产率的基础上,基于二步系
统 GMM 方法,估计了内部创新推动力、外部技术拉动力和知识产权保护对我的影响,并详细分析了知识产权保护影响行业技术水平的作用渠道。估计结果显示,
研发投资和资本强度并未完全发挥对我的推动作用;FDI 和出口对我提升确实存在拉动作用;知识产权保护显著促进了我国全要素生产率提升和技术进
步;知识产权保护主要通过国际贸易改变全要素生产率,通过研发投资和国际贸易促进技术
进步,通过 FDI 影响到技术效率的改进。

Abstract: Using DEA method to measure and pose the productivity of large and
medium-sized industrial enterprises in China, and on the basis of two-step system GMM method,
this paper estimates the impact of internal innovation impetus, external technical pull and
intellectual property right protection on industry technical of intellectual property
right protection affecting industry technical level are also analyzed in detail. The result shows:
R&D and capital strength has not fully play a role of promoting industry technical level in our
country; The effect of FDI and export on industry technical level exists; Intellectual property right
protection significantly promote China's total factor productivity and technological progress;
Intellectual property right protection changes the total factor productivity mainly through
international trade, promotes technological progress by R&D and international trade, affects the
improvement of technical efficiency through FDI.
