摘要:目的研究毒死蜱和乐果联合染毒对大鼠肝脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶
(CAT)活性及过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)浓度的影响。方法选用毒死蜱和乐果的 NOAEL
和 1/50LD50 两个剂量水平,采用 2×2 析因设计,按体重随机分为 1 个阴性对照组和 4 个剂
量组,每组 10 只大鼠。 5 个组分别为阴性对照组 0mg/(kg·bw)/d;毒死蜱+乐果组:
+/(kg·bw)/d,+/(kg·bw)/d,+/(kg·bw)/d,+ mg/(kg·bw)/d。
结果析因分析显示,毒死蜱和乐果联合染毒,可提高大鼠肝脏 SOD、CAT 活性及 MDA 浓
度,且随剂量增加而增大,联合作用模式均为相加作用。结论毒死蜱和乐果联合染毒可增
加大鼠肝脏 SOD、CAT 两种抗氧化酶的活性及过氧化物 MDA 的浓度,联合作用特征为相
加作用。

Abstract: Objective To study bined toxic effect of chorpyriphos and dimethoate on the
antioxidant enzymes and lipid peroxidation products of the female rats, including superoxide
