摘要:为了研究配碳方式对纳米碳化钨粉末性能的影响,以球磨氧化钨为原料,经氢还原制
备出平均粒度为 58nm 的纳米钨粉。分别采用干磨搅拌和湿式球磨的方式配碳,经碳化后得
到了粒度分别为 85nm 和 189nm 的碳化钨粉末。结果表明,湿磨配碳破坏了纳米钨颗粒的呈
团聚状的形貌结构,可以改善纳米钨粉和碳粉弥散分布的均匀性,更有利于获得颗粒细小、
均匀的优质纳米碳化钨粉。

Effect of carbon mixture means on the property of tungsten
carbide nano-powders

Abstract: In order to study the effect of carbon mixture means on the property of tungsten carbide
nano-powders, tungsten nano-powders with the mean particle size of 58 nm were prepared by
hydrogen reducing ball milling tungsten oxide powder. Tungsten carbide powders with the mean
particle size of 85 nm and 189 nm are prepared by carbonizing the mixture powders of tungsten
and carbon mixed by wet milling and dry milling, respectively. It is shown that the aggregation of
tungsten nanao-powders is dispersed by wet ball milling and the distribution mixture between
tungsten powders and carbon powders is improved by wet ball milling. High quality tungsten
carbide nano-powders are prepared by wet ball milling.
