摘要:江苏省作为我国的经济发达省份,工业主导产业一直居于全国前列。同时,由于受到
经济基础、经济发展水平的影响,省内大中型工业企业的技术创新活动也相应呈现南强北
弱的不平衡现状,体现在 R&D 人员投入、R&D 经费支出、企业利润总额等多方面。本研
究通过构建苏北地区大中型工业企业技术创新能力评价体系,进行典型企业案例分析研
究,结合典型企业自身的技术创新轨迹及企业管理变革,探索具有区域特色的企业技术创
新理论和管理方法,对于促进江苏省的区域协调发展,推动江苏企业发展特色理论研究和
应用研究具有重要的意义。

Study on the evaluation system of technological innovation
capability of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises
in Northern Jiangsu

Abstract: As one of the developed provinces in economy in China, the leading industry of Jiangsu
Province has always been in the forefront of the country. At the same time, affected by the
economic development level and economic base, large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in
the province of the technology innovation activities also presents imbalance state that the north is
weaker, which is reflected in the R&D staff input, R&D expenditure, the total profit of enterprise
etc.. In this study, through the establishment of evaluation system of technology innovation
capability of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Northern Jiangsu, and carries on the
analysis of typical enterprise cases, combining technical innovation track typical enterprises and
enterprise management innovation, exploring with regional characteristics of enterprise
technology innovation management theory and methods, to promote coordinated regional
development in Jiangsu Province, which has an important significance in promoting Jiangsu
enterprise development characteristics of the theoretical research and applied research.
