“利益共享,风险共担”是供应链形成和发展的重要基础,而实现“利益共享,风险共担”的基础则是公平高效的利益分配与风险管理机制。利益分配方面,本文首先给出了供应链利益分配方案的前提设定,然后详细说明了供应链利益分配方案确定的三个阶段——基于投资额的利益分配方案初步确定、基于合作伙伴满意度的利益分配方案协商确定和基于实际贡献大小的利益分配方案最终确定。风险管理方面,本文主要从供应链风险识别、供应链风险评估和供应链风险控制与防范三个方面简要说明了供应链风险管理机制。

Abstract: ‘Benefit sharing, risk sharing’ is an important basis for the formation and development of supply chain, and the basis of it is to establish an efficient mechanism for benefit distribution and risk management. On benefit distribution, this paper first gives the premise of it, and then details the three phases to determine the benefit distribution – first  based on investment  initially identified, second based on partner satisfaction  and third based on actual contribution . On risk management, this paper gives a brief description on the supply chain risk identification, risk assessment and risk control and prevention.

随着市场需求多样化、个性化和经济全球化的不断发展,企业不断进行新产品、新技术的研发生产,提高新产品技术含量以迎合顾客需求。而产品研发需要巨大的投入,单个企业进行研发、生产风险性很大。供应链这种组织模式将生产要素从自给转向技术合作,通过强强联合的方式来避免单个企业在研究开发、生产中的风险,已经成为企业发展的必然选择。“利益共享,风险共担”是供应链形成和发展的重要基础,而实现“利益共享,风险共担”的基础则是公平高效的利益分配与风险管理机制。论文正是基于这一背
