我国足球参赛主体赛场内外道德失范行为成因及对策研究
摘要
自从职业化改革以来,我国足球事业取得了举世瞩目的成就。然而近些年来,
“罢赛”、“假球”、“黑哨”、“赌球、泡吧”等有悖体育伦理道德的事件频繁出现
在我国足球职业联赛发展过程中,这不仅违背了从事体育竞赛所应该遵守的行业
准则和规范,损害了我国足球职业联赛的形象和声誉,而且在社会上造成了极坏
的影响,使以往足球带给人们的观赏价值和美学享受遭受了前所未有的冲击和破
坏。如果这些问题得不到及时有效地遏制和解决,势必影响我国足球事业的健康
发展,甚至会影响到社会稳定和社会主义精神文明建设的大局。要解决这些问题,
不仅需要加强法制建设,还必须加强道德建设,依靠道德的力量来规范、引导、
约束我国足球职业联赛各参与主体的行为,为我国足球运动创造一个良好的发展
环境,促进我国足球事业的快速健康发展。
本文通过查阅《体坛周报》搜集了自1994年至2009年被报道的足球运动员、
教练员、裁判员在赛场内外的种种道德失范行为,以此为研究对象,运用文献资
料法、专家访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法以及案例分析法等去分析这些失范
行为的原因,总结为经济因素、文化素质因素以及竞赛管理制度因素。针对这些
归因,文章提出了几点建议:加强足球联赛参与者的职业道德教育;创建顺应市
场需求以及符合社会发展的足球领导管理体制;制定严格的法律规章制度以改善
足球运动员的不科学管理方式;完善足球裁判的管理体制,维护裁判的权威;加
强职业足球联赛的道德监督。

Abstract
Chinese football has made eye-catching achievements since its professionalizing
reform. However, in recent years, many moral transgression problems repeatedly
exposed in the development of the football professional league, such as,
“match-fixing”, “referee cheating”, “strike”, “ballgame betting” and “bar-hopping”.
Those behaviors not simply violate the principles and norms of athletic contest and
damage the reputation of our Chinese football professional league but also produce
extremely bad influences in the society: the appreciation value and aesthetic
