【摘要】目的了解本院抗菌药物使用现状,探讨加强其管理的有效办法,为规范本院合理应用抗菌药物提供依据。方法通过本院HIS系统抽取我院2012年7月1日至9月30日出院患者病例312份,对抗菌药物的品种数、用药金额、用药频度等进行排序,合并统计分析,评价用药的合理性和规范性。结果我院该季住院患者使用抗菌药物以头孢菌素、青霉素类和喹诺酮类为主,%,其中头孢类抗菌药物金额排名居首位,%,%,%。结论我院住院患者抗菌药物使用基本合理,但也有不尽之处,需要进一步加强相关法规及专业知识的教育和培训,认真落实文件加大管理、干预力度,对存在的问题应制定相应的措施。

Analysis of Antibiotics Clinical Application in Our
Hospitalized Patients

Abstract: Objective To understand antimicrobial usage status in our hospital; in that to explore effective ways to strengthen its management, as well as to provide a basis for the rational usage of antimicrobial drugs in hospital. Methods 312 cases are taken from the hospital HIS system in our hospital patients, whom are discharged from 1 July to 30 September, 2012. The survey statistic analysis is conducted by study the number of varieties of antimicrobial drugs, the amount of medication, and sorted medication frequency; then, evaluate its rationality and normalization. Results Cephalosporin, penicillin and quinolone are the main antimicrobial drugs used in our hospitalized patients.
