About the Authors
Claudia M. Baca, PMP, co-founded the Colorado Front Range Software Maintenance Association in
1988. She lectures and teaches for the Project Management Institute chapter in Denver.
Patti M. Jansen, PMP, consults as a project manager in the munications industry and teaches
at Colorado State University. She has over 18 years experience in the IT industry and 8 years in
