摘要:对 6061-T4 、显微硬
度、剪切拉伸和十字形拉伸测试。试验结果表明:接头显微组织可以分为焊核区、热机影响
区、热影响区及母材;在焊缝中发现了钩状缺陷、孔洞、未熔合、未完全回填及粘连韧带等
缺陷;焊缝区显微硬度呈 W 型分布,搅拌区内的显微硬度呈 V 型分布;最大剪切载荷可达
,接头的十字形拉伸载荷与工艺随工艺参数的变化规律比较复杂,最大十字形拉伸
载荷可达 。在剪切力的作用下,点焊接头有三种断裂模式,即塞型断裂、剪切断
裂及塞型-剪切断裂;在十字拉伸载荷下,点焊接头同样有三种断裂模式,即即塞型断裂(断
在上板)、焊核剥离、塞型断裂(断在下板)。

Study of microstructure and mechanical properties of
friction spot welded 6061-T4 aluminum alloy joints

Abstract: 6061-T4 aluminum alloy was essfully spot jointed by friction spot welding. The
joint were tested by microstructure, microhardness, tensile/shear strength and cross-tension
strength. Experimental results indicate that the microstructure can be divided in nugget zone,
thermo-mechanically affected zone, thermo-mechanically affected zone and the base material,
respectively. Defects such as hook, cavity, plete fusion, plete refill and bonding
ligament were found in the joi
